Host your next special event at Pukalani Stables, home to the Paniolo Heritage Center, and one of the oldest and most historic ranching sites in Hawaiʻi. This location is perfect for corporate events, community fundraisers, barbecues, baby luaus, weddings, reunions and family get-togethers!
PLEASE NOTE – Paniolo Preservation Society provides only the venue rental. All other services will be arranged by the client renting the facility or client’s third-party vendors hired for the event.
Features
- Covered seating for up to 200 people in the enclosed event hall. Indoor and outdoor seating and room for a large tent or several smaller ones for a variety of event settings and experiences.
- Prep area (not a full kitchen but has sink, running water and instant-on hot water).
- Men’s and women’s restrooms.
- Lots of on-site parking.
- Wooden stage available on request (may require client to move)
- Paniolo Heritage Museum may be opened for guests to enjoy on request and approval of the PPS General Manager.

Blackout Days and Dates
The Kamuela Farmers Market runs from 7:30 am until 1 pm on Saturdays with load-outs from the market finishing around 2 pm. Those who book Saturday evening events will not have access to the property until mid-afternoon.
The Midweek Farmers Market runs from 9 am to 3 pm on Wednesdays. Access to the property will not be until late afternoon.

House Rules
- All events must end by 10 pm due to strict local noise ordinance and to respect our neighbors.
- Alcoholic beverage service must abide by the regulations of the County of Hawaii.
- All those renting Pukalani Stables must provide renters insurance for their event. See The Event Helper for more information.
- Please do not park in the nearby Holo Holo Ku housing development as they will tow your vehicle. Mahalo.
