Old Hawaii on Horseback 2019 Recap

Tickets available on Eventbrite now!
Tickets will also be available at the event, at the gate

PPS is proud to present everybody’s favorite paniolo pageant after a four-year pandemic pause, and we can’t wait to share it with everyone. Old Hawai’i on Horseback returns on Saturday, September 16, 10 a.m.-1 p.m at Waiki’i Ranch Polo Field.

Old Hawai’i on Horseback is our signature event–a truly unique way to celebrate Hawaii’s rich history. This year, we have over 100 men and women dressed in elegant period costume, including the opulence of the monarchy, the early missionaries, uniformed naval captains and beautifully adorned Hawaiian Island queens and princesses astride magnificent horses.

More than an equestrian promenade, the 2023 OHOH features wonderful live entertainment, with music by Brother Noland and Brandon Nakano, and Emma Coloma-Nakano. In addition, various food vendors will be staged around the field for your enjoyment.

Tickets are $35 for folks age 13 and up, available on Eventbrite

OHOH was created by the fabulous “Aunty Anna” Lindsey Perry-Fiske in the 1960’s. It became one of the highlights of Waimea’s social season, bringing everyone together for a spectacular afternoon at Anna Ranch. Read more – A Grand Tradition: Old Hawaiʻi on Horseback.
