With the addition of our full-time General Manager, Anthony Roberts, and Saddle Shop Resident Master Craftsman, Uncle Pete Gorrell, Paniolo Preservation Society is happy to announce our new Heritage Center hours.
The Paniolo Heritage Center and Saddle Shop is open free to the public:
9:30 am to 2:30 pm Tuesdays through Fridays. On Wednesdays we stay open until 4:00pm to match the Waimea Midweek Farmers Market Hours.
On Saturdays we open early to match the Kamuela Farmers Market hours – 7:00am to Noon.
Pukalani Stables is closed on Sundays and Mondays.
Market Days are special at the Paniolo Heritage Center and we encourage visitors to come on Wednesdays and Saturdays for a true Waimea Up Country experience!
